Indicated for the management of shallow granulating chronic and acute full- and partial-thickness wounds with moderate to high exudate volumes, including pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds, first- and second-degree burns, donor sites, fungating ulcers and skin tears.
Allevyn Gentle Border is a silicone gel adhesive hydrocellular foam dressing comprising an absorbent foam pad and a breathable outer film. The dressing should not be immersed in water.
