Purchase of Pharmacy only medicines (P)

Pharmacy Only Medicines can only be bought from registered pharmacies and under a pharmacist’s supervision. You can check our registration here.
We are following the General pharmaceutical Council guidelines regarding the online sale of these medicines, so we have set up a few extra measurements when purchasing these products:

• These products can be identified by a (P) and an orange cross in the description of the product.
• You will have to create an account with us to verify your identity.
• You need to be over 18 years of age to place the order. Your age is verified during the checkout process using OneID®.
• Customers will be asked to fill in a medical questionnaire during the check-out process.
• A pharmacist will check your answers in the questionnaire. If required, he/she will contact you asking additional questions. If the medicine is not suitable for you, we might have to cancel your order and issue a refund. If there are no issues with your order, we won't contact you and process the order. Once it is dispatched, you get a notification.
• Mechanisms have been put in place to avoid repetitive orders of medicines that are most vulnerable to abuse. Again, your order might be cancelled.
• Quantity restrictions are in place.
• A next day delivery option is available for pharmacy medicines. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we might not be able to offer this service. You will be contacted to offer you an alternative. If you would like to order non (P)-products, please place a separate order. For all morning after pills, next day delivery is the only delivery option. We dispatch orders Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30 and Saturdays 09:00-14:00 (Sundays and bank holidays are excluded).
• As with all medicines side effects and adverse reactions can occur. That’s why it’s important to read the product descriptions and leaflets carefully. It’s also important to answer any questions we might have truthfully.
